Changeover day / night operation

The day-night switchover is the changeover between day mode and night mode.

Daytime mode

Use for highly frequently used doors

In case of closed door: no automatic locking.
i. e., only the latch holds the door closed. All the other locking elements remain retracted. Manuel locking from the outside is possible via an installed cylinder lock.

Night mode

Use for frequently used doors, e.g. in apartment buildings or private houses

When a door is closed: There is automatic locking.
This means that all locking elements extend when the door closes.

The day-night changeover can be operated either manually via the LED button or automatically. Connection of a clock timer to terminals 0 and 1 is required for the automatic changeover.

The automatic changeover is only available for the types EB or CB.

The mode of operation is individually adjustable. The following adjustment options are available:
