Check position of magnetic cam

  1. Check whether a magnetic cam has been installed in the window sash. The magnetic cam must be seated at the height of the marking when the window is opened.
  2. If a magnetic cam exists and is seated in the right position, exclude further faults.
  3. If there is no magnetic cam or if the magnetic cam is seated in the wrong position, contact the window producer.
