Opening a window for cleaning

  1. Flip open the catch on the 45° extension arm. Depending on the size of the window, there may be two extension arms.
  2. Lift the extension arm. While doing so, hold the sash in place to secure it.
  3. Slowly tilt the sash as far as it will go and hold it there.
    • The tilt-only safety stay restricts the opening angle.
  4. Push the lever arm on both tilt-only safety stays in the direction of the arrow.
  5. To unlock the lever arms, push the sash closed until the bolt is at the bottom of the lever arm.
  6. Slowly open the sash as far as it will go and hold it there.
