Performing a factory reset

  1. Gently lift the bottom of the casing cover, slide downwards and remove.
  2. Using a thin piece of wire (such as a paper clip), press and hold the factory reset button for 10 seconds.
  1. The status LED flashes, alternating green and red.
  2. The window handle has been reset to the factory settings.
  3. The status LED flashes green and the window handle can be taught in again within 10 minutes.
  4. The window handle unlocks automatically and can be opened again.
