Perform a factory reset

  1. Pull the battery compartment down and remove.
  2. Remove the slider or the spigot from the window sash.
  3. Hold the slider or the spigot at the marking to the locking position.
  4. Insert the batteries into the battery compartment and push into the sensor.
  5. The status LED lights up 2 x. Remove the magnet while the status LED lights up the 2. time.
  1. The status LED flashes several times.
  2. The sensor handle has been reset to the factory settings.
  3. The status LED flashes green and the window handle can be taught in again within 10 minutes..
