Record fingerprint scanner

Record a maximum of 4 fingerprints for each user. Ideally 2 fingers of the Ieft hand and 2 fingers of the right hand.

  1. Tap on the created device "ACS" in the SIEGENIA Comfort app and log in.
  2. Tap on the "User administration" menu.
  3. Tap on the user of whom a new fingerprint is recorded.
  4. Tap on the "Fingerprints" menu.
  5. Tap on "+".
  6. Rap on "Record fingerprint".
  7. Place the chosen finger on the fingerprint scanner.
  8. Lift your finger when an acoustic signal sounds.
  9. Repeat this process several times.
  10. Successful recording is signalised by green flashing on the fingerprint scanner and a message in the app.
