Increase the pressure on the door seal

Prerequisites

  1. The door closes with play.
  2. The door locks with play.
  1. Loosen the two adjustment screws of the replacement part.
  2. Adjust the replacement part in the direction of the door frame.
  3. Tighten the two adjustment screws.
  4. Loosen the 3 fixing screws of the Q-adjustment.
  5. Turn both eccentric screws max. 90° from the neutral position (marking pointing downwards) in a clockwise direction.
    • The Q-adjustment moves up to 2.5 mm in the direction of the door frame.
  6. Tighten the 3 fixing screws of the Q-adjustment.
  7. Check that the door closes and locks without play. Repeat these steps if the door closes and locks with play.
