Checking the lever handle and latch function

  1. Open the door.
  2. Push the lever handle downwards as far as it will go and hold down.
  3. Check that the main lock latch is smoothly and fully retracted.
  4. Release the lever handle.
  5. Check that the lever handle retracts independently in horizontal position.
  6. Check that the main lock latch is fully extended.
