Reduce the pressure on the door seal

Prerequisites

  1. The door does not close.
  2. The door does not lock.
  1. Loosen the two adjustment screws of the replacement part.
  2. Adjust the replacement part in the direction of the door leaf.
  3. Tighten the two adjustment screws.
  4. Loosen the 3 fixing screws of the Q-adjustment.
  5. Turn both eccentric screws max. 90° from the neutral position (marking pointing downwards) in an anti-clockwise direction.
    • The Q-adjustment moves up to 2.5 mm in the direction of the door leaf.
  6. Tighten the 3 fixing screws of the Q-adjustment.
  7. Check that the door closes and locks. Repeat these steps if the door does not close and lock.
